Hanga growth program is a joint initiative by Rwanda ICT Chamber and Rwanda Innovation Fund, through Rwanda Development Board, aiming at strengthening the innovation and tech hub ecosystem, angel investor community, and high-growth startups.

Though Hanga Growth Program, we hope to cover the historic funding gap in Rwanda's investment ecosystem for startups. By strengthening ESOs (Innovation Hubs & Startup Accelerators), supporting High Growth Startups and creating a strong Angel Investor Network, we hope to unlock the investment potential for startups, streamline deal flow and deal closure for investors and startups to boost the overall economic growth.
